It gives us great pleasure to announce that Randy has joined us as a full-time Vice President of Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness.  As many of you may already know, Randy Lumia has been supporting us for about a year assisting with HR and talent matters. During this period, we have continued to bring Randy into more and more activities of the business.  Randy will also play a strong leadership role in organizational development – helping to move our company forward with process development, documentation and improvement, along with employee development and effectiveness.

Randy has spent virtually his entire career working in and for life sciences companies, including Ciba-Geigy/Novartis, Colgate-Palmolive, American-Cyanamid/BASF, CardioNet, and CR Bard. Randy is an engineer by original training, and worked early in his career in pharmaceutical manufacturing, on the plant floor.

Prior to joining Compliance Architects®, Randy was a partner in a management consulting firm Paradise Workplace Solutions, where he was an innovative and collaborative business executive with global experience developing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives to advise on organizational effectiveness and proactively address human capital needs to align with the strategic direction of the business. He is a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams across talent management functions that includes recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, training, HR Information Systems, and succession planning. He specializes in leading privately held or publicly owned organizations experiencing change, whether through growth, transition, or strategy realignment.

He brings his fiscal discipline and pragmatic problem-solving skills to the table in a collaborative, responsible, and compliant manner.

Randy has used training from his B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from The College of New Jersey and his graduate M.S. degree in Human Resources Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology to apply strategic and tactical solutions to business leaders to resolve unmet business needs.
